Coconut Curry Hake

This recipe is super simple and quick and only uses five ingredients.
You will need:
1 can (410g) coconut milk
2 Tbsps (30ml) green curry paste
1 Tbsp (15ml) garlic and ginger paste
2 Tbsps (30ml) olive oil
4 hake fillets
Method:
Whisk together the coconut milk, curry paste and garlic.
Heat up the olive oil over a high heat.
Fry the hake fillets skin-side down for about 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the fish and season.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the fish just starts flaking.
Top the hakeĀ fillets with milled pepper and chopped spring onions and serve with coriander.
