Ice Cream Surprise
You will need:
250ml cream
meringues
vanilla ice cream
4 ripe firm bananas sliced
1 peppermint crisp grated
Optional: You can add some strawberries to the bowl and serve this recipe on top or without the peppermint crisp grated.
Method:
Whip the cream until it is stiff.
Break the meringues into small pieces and fold into the cream.
Place a scoop of ice cream in each dish.
Arrange the banana slices around the ice cream.
Spoon the cream mixture over the ice cream and sprinkle with grated peppermint crisp.
