Microwave Chocolate Brownies
These microwave chocolate brownies are so easy to make and they are delicious as they are made with Bar One Chocolates. The texture is more like soft chocolate cake, but if you leave them for a couple of days they get more of the brownie texture. Ours, unfortunately, get eaten way before then.
Microwave Chocolate Brownies
You Will Need:
- 4 Bar ones
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 4 TBLSP cocoa
- 5ml vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tub cream
Method:
Mix the dry ingredients.
Whisk eggs, vanilla essence and boiling water.
Mix batter – dry ingredients and egg mixture together.
Pour the batter into a greased glass dish, cut up 2 bar ones into the batter.
Microwave on high for 5 – 6 min (maybe a little longer).
Melt 2 bar ones and cream – pour over hot brownies to soak in………..YUMMY!
