Easy Oatmeal Biscuits

These oatmeal biscuits are easy to make and only need three ingredients. The oatmeal biscuits are great for lunchboxes as well as as healthy snacks for the family.
You will Need:
2 ripe banannas (mashed)
1 cup quick cooking oats (uncooked)
1/4 cup raisins or coconut or chopped nuts or chocolate chips
Method:
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Combine the mashed banannas, oats and your choice of add-in.
- Spoon tablespoons of mixture onto a lightly greased baking sheet or tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are brown.
