Baked Egg Omelet – Quick and Tasty

Here is another quick and easy dinner recipe, similar to this one, that the family will love. Baked egg omelet is a slightly healthier choice than a fried omelet, and you can change the cream for milk if you are watching your weight.
This recipe for baked egg omelet will serve 6.
Baked Egg Omelet
You Will Need:
8 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup fried bacon bits
1/4 cup green, red or yellow pepper
1/ cup finely chopped onions
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Whisk the eggs and cream in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in the cheese, bacon, pepper, and onion.
Spray and cook a 20cm square baking pan and pour the mixture in.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
