OMG this chocolate mug cake blew me away! I seriously couldn’t believe how easy it is and how darn delicious it turned out! It’s the kind of recipe that feels like magic when you’re short on time but still want something cozy and indulgent. Thank you for sharing something that actually works and tastes great with minimal fuss. Do you happen to have a gluten-free version of this too? I’d love to try it!

Thank you Kalonji. Unfortunately I don’t have a gluten free one, but experiment with gluten free flour and let me know how that goes.

    Hello!

This chocolate mug cake looks so good — thank you for sharing! I’ve made mug cakes before, but they’ve sometimes turned out dry or too sweet, so I love that your recipe feels simple and reliable for real results. I also appreciate the way you explained step by step, because when you’re juggling kids and kitchen chaos, the last thing you need is a complicated dessert.

I’m curious — do you ever add mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or a little espresso powder for extra flavor? And have you tried any variations (like a peanut butter swirl or berry twist) that still keep the cake moist and delicious? This definitely gave me a craving — I’m excited to try it tonight!

      Hi Angela,

Funny you should ask, because yes, I often add choc chips or some cream if I am feeling like something a bit richer. I am not mad on peanut butter, but for those who love it, I don’t see why not.
