Delicious Fruit Burst Muffins For Tea

Here is a recipe for fruit burst muffins that taste awesome and they are super easy to make.
Fruit Burst Muffins
You Will Need:
Step 1:
250ml boiling water
250ml fruit cake mix
187.5ml brown sugar
12.5ml butter
Step 2:
5ml baking soda
Step 3:
250ml nutty wheat
250ml cake flour
500ml grated carrots
5ml baking powder
1ml salt
Method:
Place the four ingredients from step one in a pot. Bring to the boil and boil for five minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Add the baking soda in step 2 to the cooled mixture.
Add the five ingredients from steps 3 to the above mixture. Fill the muffin pans.
Bake at 200 degrees Celcius for 12 – 15 minutes.
Enjoy your fruit burst muffins with butter preferably while warm!
