You Will Need:
2 cups of avo cut into squares
1.5 cups of tomatoes diced or cherry tomatoes cut in half
1.5 cups of corn kernels – these can be fresh or frozen
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons of lime juice or the juice of one lime
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of minced basil or fresh cilantro
Method:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until combined.
Serve and enjoy.

I love avocados and this avocado tastes like heaven. The ingredients are simple and available in every supermarket, and you just need to chop things up and mix them all together. Perfect for a light lunch. I add them to two pieces of toast and top it of with some more olive oil and a pinch of salt, which is just enough calories to make it till dinner. thanks for the recipe!

Since I do love avocados and am always looking for various ways to prepare them, this is a very timely article. The ingredients you mentioned are easy to find at any market and we have the majority of these items in-house on a regular basis. This is a perfect dish for lunch or dinner. I love avocados because they are so delicious and have many health benefits, I love eating avocados as a side order on the side of my meals but avocado salad sounds just as great which I think is a plus because of the many health benefits.
