Easy Butternut Soup

Serves 4
30ml Margarine
Butternuts peeled
125ml Cream
1 Bunch of leeks chopped
1 l Chicken stock
1ml Paprika
- Melt the margarine in a pan.
- Saute the leeks until soft.
- Add butternut and chicken stock and simmer until the mixture forms a puree.
- Add cream and blend well.
- Heat through and serve with a dash of paprika and homemade bread.
